How is the subscription calculated?
Choose the number of active named users and a billing frequency. Quarterly billing reduces the standard rate by 10%; yearly billing reduces it by 20%. Teams of 11–25 receive a further 8% volume reduction, and teams of 26–1,000 receive a fixed 15% reduction.
What counts as an active user?
An active user is a named person who can sign in and use the product workspace. The subscription estimate is based on the active access your team requests.
Can the user count change later?
Yes. Contact HAT when your team size changes so the seat count and next billing period can be confirmed before the subscription is updated.
How do we subscribe?
Online checkout is not enabled yet. Contact HAT with your preferred team size and billing term. HAT will confirm availability and the final order details before any subscription begins.
Does every person in the company need a seat?
No. Start with the active team members who need to sign in and work in BuildOS. People who only receive an exported document or a public form link do not need workspace access.
